Can I cancel my flight?

Cancellations to International bookings will incur a fee of $150 per passenger per booking in addition to supplier fees. Please check with us, as not all fares can be refunded. Fees will apply to all refundable tickets. Refunds take approximately 12 weeks to process. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee for any booking cancelled by you, you agree to indemnify us for fee or charge. Cancellation or refund will only be processed if you have sent the request in writing. Additional airline no-show fee may apply within 48 hours from departure.

Can I do a date change?

Changes to International bookings will incur a fee of $150 per passenger per booking in addition to supplier fees. If travel has commenced and ticket requires reissue, airlines may charge additional fees and taxes. Please check with us, as not all tickets are changable.

Tickets issued on Low-Cost carriers or Domestic are non-refundable and non-changeable.

How long does it take to issue a e-ticket ?

You will receive your booking confirmation within 5 min, e-tickets take up to 4-12 hours.
Booking confirmation is an Itinerary, E-tickets are the online tickets issued by the airlines, it takes 4-12 hours. It will be sent to your email and through the chat, once we have received.

What are the options available to Pay?

You can pay through Bank transfer, or through Credit / Debit card. Credit/Debit card occurs 2% fee.

Is there name change allowed ?

It depends on the airlines and the condition of the ticket. If there is a change allowed, airlines might a charge fee. Changes to International bookings will incur a fee of $150 per passenger per booking in addition to supplier fees.

What is the Baggage Allowance ??

Baggage allowance vary depending on the airlines and destination selected and are subject to change at any moment. Please check directly with the airlines for the latest carry-on and checked baggage allowance and restrictions. You may need to collect your baggage at the first port of entry and pass through custom and immigration, In general, International flights baggage allowance varies by destination.

  • Business Class: 30 kg free baggage allowance per person.
  • Economy Class: 20 kg free baggage allowance per person.

Low Cost Carriers (Ryan Air, Easy Jet, Norwegian, TOL,etc) baggage need to be purchased.

Domestic Flights doesn’t come with any baggage, additional baggage allowance need to be purchased.

Can I request for Meal Preference, wheel Chair ?

Regarding any special requirements you may have for your travel arrangements such as special meal or wheel chair access, Bassinet requires 72 hours prior notice. Please note that all the requests are subject to airline’s confirmation, are not guaranteed. Please not some airlines may charge additional fee for special requests. Infant turning 2 years during travel will be charged child fare plus re-issue fee on onward, return or both Journeys. It is your responsibility to ensure if is turning 2 years during travel.

Children traveling with guardian / relatives may require authority from both of their parents. Please check the respective airlines and departure/destination county for the requirements.

Do I need a Visa or Passport for a International Flight?

Traveler’s should have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of return, we assume that all travelers on the booking have a valid passport. Any visas including transit visas, are the passenger’s own responsibility. Visas, including transit visas, are the passenger’s sole responsibility. How do I pay by credit card?

To pay by credit card, we require the following details –

  • Type of credit card
  • Card holder’s name
  • Expiration date
  • Billing address of the credit card

For online purchases, the CVV batch code on the reverse of the credit card is also required. We ensure that every transaction you conduct online is in a safe and secure environment. 

Why does the billing address have to match with my address on file at the credit card company?

Both your credit card company and PAISAFARE use the billing address as part of the identification process to protect you from unauthorized charges. If the billing address entered during the booking process does not match the address where your credit card company sends your statements, the credit card company will not authorize the charge.
